I switched over to DFI about a year ago now, and from the time I started working with Alexis it’s been nothing but a positive experience. I was with Esurance before, and while their rates are good, Alexis was able to get me set up with a better rate through Mercury. Moreover, the access to tremendous customer service has improved tenfold. Every question I’ve had about coverage options, payment changes, binding policies, etc has been answered promptly, kindly, and thoroughly by Alexis. DFI has a tremendous team set up.
